These terms govern your use of the chic store and every purchase you make here. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. By ordering you confirm this is true and that the payment method is yours to use.
2. Accounts
An account is required to check out so your orders, receipts, and shipping details are never lost. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
3. Products and printing
Every pair ships from our fulfillment partner after you buy. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the shoe, and placement may vary by a small margin from the mockup. Sizes follow the size guide on each product page; measure before you order.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax, which are shown before you confirm your order. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and if an error affects your order we will contact you to confirm or cancel it for a full refund. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Orders, cancellation, and changes
Because items go to print quickly, you may cancel or change an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us. After that the order is in production and the returns policy applies.
6. Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered. See the Shipping Policy.

8. Chargebacks and fraud
Contact us before disputing a charge; we resolve real problems quickly. Fraudulent orders and abusive chargebacks are reported and the associated accounts are closed.
9. Intellectual property
The chic name, cube mark, designs, artwork, photographs, and site content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce or commercially use our designs.
10. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the store, scrape it, use it for unlawful purposes, or place orders with false information.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The store and products are provided “as is” except where the law says otherwise. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
