Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will open in a later drop.
Production time
Every pair ships from our fulfillment partner. Allow 2-5 business days for the order to leave the warehouse. You will get an email with tracking the moment it leaves the dock.
Delivery time and cost
- Standard US shipping: typically 2-3 weeks door to door.
- Shipping is free on every order.
Addresses
Double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped for the cost of postage. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for some carriers; if your order cannot be delivered, we will contact you.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed when the order ships and are visible in your account under Orders. Carrier tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the label is created.
